In my time working with clients, many often come feeling lost, with a a deep sense of worthlessness and anxiety, experiencing a fear for the world and their responsibilities. Often, they come wanting to learn and understand why they feel this way and wanting to learn ways of managing their emotions. Their goals can often vary, but the common goal is that they just want to feel better and want to have purpose and direction in their life once again. If this sounds anything like yourself, then you are not alone and maybe we should sit down and talk about it.
I am trained in EMDR and can offer to use this to help treat trauma, helping you to listen and learn from your body and your emotions. I also incorporate elements from attachment theory with EMDR to help target deeper, more profound early wounds that may look like profound feelings of fear, self-worth, sadness, loneliness, and encourage healing.
I am here to listen, understand and most importantly not tell you what to do. I am a healer, who invites you to pay attention to yourself, become curious about yourself and learn about yourself. Lastly, nothing is wrong with you and nothing is broken about you. Therapy will not "fix" anything about you; it will only serve to support you.
