I'm a Christian and have been counseling for 30 years. My expertise is most evident with men who've experienced trauma. I use ART, EMDR, and FLASH Technique to process negative and traumatic memories that lead to distressful symptoms like depression, anxiety, triggers, anger, or panic. And since trauma involves the whole being, I'm passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted your relationship with God, others, and self.

I have years of experience treating clients with trauma backgrounds and PTSD, and with men who experience ongoing anxiety, depression, anger, and panic that have continued unresolved for years. I employ ART, EMDR, and FLASH technique to help with unprocessed negative and traumatic memories that contribute to these negative symptoms.
