I work with couples who feel emotionally distant, stuck in conflict, or weighed down by hurt, tension, and repeated misunderstandings. Many come to therapy missing the closeness, joy, and partnership they once had, and wondering how their relationship became so painful or disconnected. Arguments may feel constant, or silence may have replaced meaningful connection. Even so, they still hope things can change. They want to reconnect, rebuild trust, and move toward a healthier, stronger relationship together.
I help couples improve communication, work through conflict, and rebuild trust. Using EFT, CBT, and narrative therapy, I guide partners in understanding their patterns, expressing needs more clearly, and moving toward a stronger, more connected, and emotionally secure relationship.
