Treatment modalities used includes but not limited to psychodynamic, Interpersonal, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Through work experience and training, I have learned to see clients through a trauma-informed lens. My multi-faceted knowledge in safety planning have improved clients’ functioning in times of disarray
