My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed, liberation-oriented care that honors each person’s resilience and lived experience. I specialize in trauma, crisis, attachment wounds, suicidality, and burnout, integrating EMDR, CAMS, sex therapy, and IFS-informed parts work. I work with students navigating academic pressure and identity development, as well as healthcare professionals facing moral injury, trauma exposure, and chronic stress. Together, we focus on processing painful experiences, restoring connection to self and others, and building resilience so healing can feel sustainable and life-giving.
Supporting individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts is a core area of my work. I provide CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality), an evidence-based approach that emphasizes collaboration, safety, and compassion. Together, we explore what makes life feel worth living and build a plan that supports hope, stability, & meaningful change.
Ultimately, I see therapy as a space for reconnection and transformation.
