My practice consists of outpatient clinical therapy for individuals & children. My experience lies in working with trauma, mood disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress, & anxiety disorders. Child sessions focus on behavioral issues, ADHD, peer issues, oppositional defiance, & family relational concerns. Our main area of practice is to provide the client hope that with the skills taught during session, coupled with the empathy and validation given, they will be able to hold on to the skills and understanding in order to work through the difficulties that may arise, even after therapy has been completed.
Areas of specialty include treatment for individuals who experience trauma, anxiety, depression, peer & family issues. Daily schedules are often busy and due to this we offer both in office & telehealth visits. This is based on your preference and often times a combination of both offer the client more consistency to treatment.
Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship that will help the client grow emotionally, use their own coping skills, look for resources within the community that might be of assistance and create a better mood and a better outcome for their current situation.
