People I work with tend to be navigating the complex aftermath of childhood trauma and neglect, narcissistic abuse, grief, depression, or chronic anxiety. They often come feeling trapped by relational distress, stuck, overwhelmed, or in cycles of compulsive coping. Utilizing evidence-based therapy, techniques and interventions I help clients process unresolved wounds, identify patterns and develop awareness to grow and evolve. By guiding individuals in identifying protective parts, regulating their nervous systems, and establishing healthy boundaries they foster secure attachments and move toward authentic living.
My focus is in trauma/stress recovery, relational/attachment issues, and their effects on body, mind and emotions. Offering EMDR, IFS, Somatic therapy, CBT/DBT I help clients dismantle no longer needed protection and process deeply rooted distress. By addressing body, emotions and mind you are empowered to break cyclical patterns and reclaim your autonomy.
