My goal is to help people who are depressed, anxious, stressed out or overwhelmed to live a more hopeful, peaceful and fulfilled life. I have developed a unique knowledge base and set of clinical skills through over 20 years of clinical practice. I use a person-centered, compassionate approach to help you to address a wide range of concerns. My preferred methods of therapy include CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
