My relational therapy specialty is in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Families, which focuses on improving the emotional connection between people. My relational therapy is informed and completed with Gottman research.
My individual therapy specialties are in (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to heal past, free the present and advance to the future, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to complement EMDR with Emotional Regulation, Mindfulness (CBT), Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
