Hello! I'm Edward Parks. For more than 20 years I have worked in public mental health clinics and hospitals, honing my skills, in order to help you in an effective and efficient manner. I have addressed every issue from social anxiety to schizophrenia, and now, rather than applying a regimented school of treatment, I have learned to adjust my therapy style to my client's changing needs.
For over a decade, I have paired with those struggling with anxiety, thought and mood disorders; re-orienting them to reality and building their skill sets. I am also dedicated to recovery from childhood trauma and abuse, and have developed a treatment system especially for this adult population. I have provided clinical supervision for more than 10 years.
I am now employed at LifeStance Health. My schedule is M-F, 8-5 most days. I provide in-person and telehealth therapy every day, but only telehealth on Fridays. I see individual adults (18+, unless already finished HS) I look forward to hearing from you. (NOTE: I am Catholic, and can incorporate Catholic / Christian concepts into therapy by request.)
