About
I specialize in treating individuals struggling with sexual issues, trauma, substance abuse and addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth and depression. I also specialize in family and adolescent therapy. I use a combination of CBT, Narrative therapy, and solution focused and humanist modalities.
Solution focused and client centered. I practice a highly individualized and collaborative process, with needs and strategies that are designed for you. I can help you clarify your concerns, prioritize your goals, and create effective ways to make the changes you want, and to carry those changes with you through life. I'm here when you're ready.
