I work with patients who are called to experience themselves and the world around them in a deeper, more meaningful way. Working together with kindness and curiosity, I help patients discover how their patterns of emotion, thought, and behavior may be contributing to the difficulties they're facing in life. Through this process of free association and self-discovery, we can begin to relate to our unconscious patterns with more awareness and love. Over time, patients find that this helps them relate to themselves and those they're close to with much greater freedom, confidence, and joy.
Starting psychotherapy with a new person can be intimidating. Opening up to a stranger is hard, but is it very much worth it. Some of my patients have never been in psychotherapy before, while others have long histories of mental care. Whatever the case may be, our work together will meet you exactly where you are with a kind, open presence.
My psychotherapeutic orientation is primarily Archetypal and Existential. My style is warm, open, and direct. Patients often find my approach refreshingly candid and emotionally attuned. I feel honored to help patients in the work of revealing and integrating the deeper meanings of whatever is moving within and through them and their worlds.
