The senior men's group is designed to offer a safe, welcoming, supportive context where one can explore life's challenges and transitions, thoughts and feelings about life and love, work and play, relationships, meaning sexuality, balance, health and well-being. The group is open-ended, psycho-educational and grounded in non-judgment and confidentiality. Members are asked to make an initial time commitment to the group and can renew their membership as desired.
