I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University, with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. As the youngest of five siblings, a spouse of 25 years, and a 20-year military veteran, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the therapy space.
