After practicing law for over 10 years, I returned to a path I was on prior to attending law school. While using my legal background to open and run a mental health facility in Asheville in 2019, I reconnected with my passion for being a helper and facilitator. I have found that it is truly my heart’s desired path. I am deeply honored to sit with people as they tell their stories, gain insight, have release, and work towards their goals of growth and healing.
I have experience working with individuals suffering from grief, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I am most drawn to sit with people in their grief, whether it is a result of loss due to death, loss of relationship, employment, or physical ability. I also enjoy working with clients around emotional awareness, intelligence, and expression.
