Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed or caught in self-defeating patterns that no longer serve you? Do you sense that something within you is asking for your attention but you're not sure how to access it or make sense of it? We are all born into a world of mystery without a clear map for how to understand our inner lives, our pain or our purpose. In the process of developing from childhood to adults, we sometimes lose touch with our inner voice: the wisest, clearest and most authentic part of us. Therapy, as I see it, is a sacred space for remembering, imagining and creating the version of us we most want to be!
My therapeutic approach draws from psychodynamic theory, client-centered therapy, CBT and DBT. I also use mindfulness, breathwork and creative visualization as therapeutic tools. My areas of expertise are treating depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma and life transitions. In addition to adult clients, I also see adolescents and families in my practice.
I believe that healing is not about becoming someone new; instead it's about returning to who you are beneath the layers of stress, fear and painful past experiences. If you're ready to begin to feel more aligned, more present and more at peace with yourself, then I invite you to reach out by phone or email to schedule an appointment with me.

Groups
The Stress Reset Group
Stress affects more than just how you feel, it changes how your brain functions. Prolonged stress can reshape neural circuits linked to memory, focus and emotional regulation. It can shift your body into a constant state of threat, even when you're safe. Over time, this makes it harder to think clearly, stay grounded and recover from everyday challenges. This group will help you understand and reset your stress response using practical, science-based tools. You'll learn how your nervous system works, why stress becomes chronic and how to calm your brain through targeted daily actions. Join me today.
