I am a seasoned licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience. My practice is basically divided into 3rds; 1/3 adults struggling with anxiety and depression; 1/3 clients who benefit from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and 1/3 folks who need to find their strengths to deal with life on life's terms. My practice is based in systems thinking, dialectics, mindfulness and humanism.
I offer individual, couples and family therapy. I also facilitate a weekly DBT group.
