My more than 35 years in clinical practice gives me skills that only come with experience. As a therapist who has done my own fair share of healing work, I see adults of all ages regarding a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, life stressors & identity exploration. I like to work with people to help them create the kind of life they want to live. With my more than three decades of experience, I've worked with a wide variety of additional types of issues. So it's almost as if I've heard just about every type of issue that might exist.
Both in my online therapy practice and for my in-person clients in my office, I strive to provide a warm and inviting space where clients can feel safe as they work towards the emotional healing that empowers them have the kind of life they want to live. I use various psychodynamic therapies including ACT, CBT, DBT and, when appropriate, hypnotherapy.
Through our sessions, we will work together to make sense of what's been happening in your life. Most people want to find deeper meaning and purpose in life, including spirituality.
