About
These are unprecedented times that challenge all of us. As human beings, we perceive uncertainty as a threat, and this often leads to anxiety and depression in otherwise healthy individuals. My practice remains open and willing to help you through these uncertain times.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, my practice offers collaborative assessment services that harness the power of personality assessment measures to answer your questions and better understand yourself. This can be done in the context of individual or couples therapy.
My associates and I use secure video teleconferencing so that our services are available to you in your homes at your convenience. While it may take a little getting used to, I have found that my patients benefit from their virtual work with me. Most insurance plans, including Medicare, now reimburse for telehealth as though it were in person.
