In this 90-minute weekly group, members explore relationships, patterns, and emotions in real time with one another. This is a space to be challenged, supported, and seen as you learn more about yourself through genuine interaction. Meets Mondays at 6:00pm in person at my office. $100 per session

Interested in Group Therapy? Check out my virtual process group for adults! The group is ongoing, but we are currently looking to add new members. This process group will strive to help to increase self-awareness, self-confidence, and emotional resiliency. In group, we work to improve interpersonal relationships, and discover (and change) relationship patterns that no longer serve. My groups pay special attention to the here and now of mindful emotions and interpersonal relationships.
