I personally don't believe there is an "ideal" client. My "ideal" client is any amazing person who had the courage to walk through the doors, share their story, and work collaboratively to find healing and happiness. That is the ideal client in my humble opinion!
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families in their search for healing. Also, as an ordained minister I work with individuals who are facing matters of spirituality. However, I will never force spirituality into the conversation unless that is something you desire. My goal is that you be true to your authentic self!
Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be both frightening and overwhelming. Developing trust with a stranger, on top of all that you are facing can cause most to put this off. This is why I will work extremely hard to make this process as welcoming and safe as possible. I welcome the opportunity to walk this journey with you, and progress as life leads us.
