I practice a multi-modal approach which includes relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnotherapy, when indicated, in a family systems context. My approach is direct, problem solving oriented and skills building. Often my therapy attempts to increase a sense of well-being while increasing competence and mastery in engaging in the challenges of life.
I am highly trained in working with children, adolescents, couples and families. I have done extensive work in treating anxiety disorders, including OCD with children, adolescents and adults. I have a special area of practice in anxiety, depression and out of control adolescents.
I have extensive experience in marital therapy and divorce therapy. I have worked extensively in high conflict divorce.
