I am Edward Hardy, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and addictions. I spent 7 years as a counselor at an inpatient Christian treatment program in California, another 6 years counseling at a medically assisted outpatient treatment program, and also counseled for two years at a women’s inpatient treatment center. I am passionate about helping adults and couples address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. My specialties include relationship issues, anxiety, chronic stress, and low self-esteem.
I completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at National University and my undergraduate degree at Rutgers University. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and Christian counseling. I am married and have a blended family, including a daughter and two stepdaughters.
