I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples, specializing in adults and teens. Clients come to me with problems such as anxiety issues, depression, marital stress, relational abuse, job stress and past sexual abuse. I have also worked with men suffering from anger problems. The preferred style is one of a partnership, with agreed upon goals, going at a pace that is comfortable and appropriate for the client. I care about each individual and work toward helping them find the road to wholeness and healing
I work to help individuals develop new ways of relating to their environment and to others. Options are discovered based on reframing the past with a look to the future, while managing their current reality.
Interpersonally I have an engaging and warm style. I have an easy sense of humor, which reflects an essential empathy. I am confident of who I am and am able put others at ease due to a gentle candor.
