I work with both individuals with couples in Oregon and Washington.
My goal is to create a supportive, safe space where partners feel heard, valued, and understood. In couples therapy, this is what I do—guide partners through meaningful work that help them communicate more clearly, listen with empathy, and express their needs without fear or defensiveness.
I also work with individuals, supporting them through grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I help clients find acceptance, identify their strengths, and experience new corrective emotional moments during their sessions.
Clients describe me as supportive and present, willing to slow the process and walk with them as they share their story and pain. They value my thoughtful questions.
