I believe that successful therapy starts with a strong, collaborative relationship between the therapist and client. I understand that each one of my clients has a unique story to share and I am committed to listening with empathy and without judgment. My style is conversational, intuitive, and direct with each intervention grounded in evidence-based research.

I help individuals, couples, and families identify and break through the barriers keeping them from living the life they want. I work with both adults and adolescents to resolve short-term, situational problems as well as manage more severe or long-term issues.

My goal is to help people explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, understand themselves and others better, communicate more effectively, and work toward desired change.
