I work with individuals suffering from mental health or substance use issues, as well as grief and loss. I am called to serve, empower, and help people heal to become their best selves. I use evidence-based modalities and techniques proven to be effective. My work includes conducting psychosocial assessments, coordinating care, providing counseling and psychotherapy, intervening in crises, and educating clients about their treatment plan and available resources.
I work with individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, grief and loss, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, and self-esteem struggles. My clients are seeking healing, growth, and positive change during difficult times.
