I primarily utilize brief cognitive-based therapies for most common mental health issues. I offer lengthier cognitive-based treatments for severe and persistent mental illnesses and personality disorders. My methods are efficient, research-based, and results-proven. Likewise, my addiction treatments are study-driven, intensive, motivational, and effective.
