My desire is for people of all walks of life to find strength and hope in the midst of their storms. I am here to help you and your relationship Heal, Restore, and Learn. We do things and say things when we are hurt that many times we regret. Sometimes, we have a hard time accepting that we are hurt or that we have hurt others. The truth is that as humans we do not like pain, especially emotional pain; and we seek to distract, avenge or numb that pain. These efforts can become patterns and habits and some of these are blatantly wrong, but others may be more difficult to recognize.

I will help you learn tools and skills that will help you work through the pain of violations of love and trust which lead to the storms that reap havoc in you, and in your relationships. We will work on healing the pain caused in your current relationship, past relationships or events.

Together, we will then seek to restore you and your relationship to a place of truth and peace. This is where talk therapy ends and action begins! So go ahead and schedule. Lets do this!

We provide Mediation services as an out of court solution to businesses, families, divorced couples, and organizational entities. We utilize our unique skill sets & training in conflict managment, counseling, legal, mediation & forensically informed therapy to help two parties come to a solution. We offer these services in our private & confidential office. We also offer mediation via video (HIPPA compliant). In addition we are listed as a court approved mediation agency and our mediatiors have degrees in law, are licensed by the state in behavioral health and have completed all trainings and CEUs associated with Mediation and conlfict managment.
