Welcome! I work online with adults around anxiety, work stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and trauma. My specialization is depth psychotherapy, which is focused on getting to the bottom of our emotional issues, like how our experiences influenced our personality, and delves into the unconscious to explore the roots of our desires and pain for the purpose of personal development and growth. It is hard, rewarding, active work. There's no two ways about that, and no shortcuts.

I bridge the quality of depth psychology with the flexibility of online teletherapy. I offer increased confidentiality, flexible session frequency and length, as well as greater control over treatment decisions by operating independently on a private-pay basis. I offer a sliding scale based on income and availability.

My 2025 consultation rate is $200/hr for 1-6 sessions depending on how long it takes to solve a problem or agree to start a course of therapy. I negotiate the latter based on need and availability. My wealthiest clients pay more so those with financial hardship can pay less. I can support 4 patients at the Ohio minimum wage at a time ($10.75 an hour).
