I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who desire more vitality, depth and richness in their lives and relationships. My work focuses on helping you liberate your unique self by working with patterns that keep you stuck or suffering; and then to transform these patterns by evoking a deep embodied presence in you. We will work collaboratively in a supportive, empathic environment using imagination and creativity to help you deeply be yourself and experience your life in new ways! In couples, working on these individual patterns together can transform the relationship.
Getting unstuck in psychotherapy is possible by going deeper than intellectual understanding and venting emotions. By going deeply inside we can access the intelligence that all of us have, but have lost touch with. Your deeper wisdom can then lead to finding meanings and expressing feelings that allow transformation.
