I offer consultations for brief focused therapy, long-term psychotherapy, coaching, and referrals to other specialists.

We will talk about relationships, intimacy, sexuality to understand how you relate and connect (family, friends, colleagues, partners); to "unpack" the world around (work, culture, social media); and gain skills to navigate transitions (career, children, immigration, marriage, divorce).
