My patients seek a compassionate yet straightforward therapist who can guide them through difficulties. I support my patients in moving forward on their journey by pushing and challenging them to take a leap of faith, even when it's hard. My style is direct, assertive, yet empathetic, humorous, and highly introspective. I enjoy this work, focusing not only on the surface but also on what lies beneath.

My focus is on couples and adult families experiencing relationship distress. I aim to address the dynamics that create difficulties for everyone involved in treatment. I bring my training in relationship dynamics, psychoanalytic couples work, and attachment-based psychotherapy.
