I have over 20 years of experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I’m dedicated to helping adults and children navigate and overcome anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges like ADHD, defiance, and anger. My approach involves using evidence-based strategies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to help clients manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being. It is both personalized and grounded in the latest research, aiming to equip you with the tools and confidence needed to face life’s challenges and thrive.
