I do this work alongside individuals and couples of various marginalized identities to help them feel better about their life. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and also offer services in Spanish.
I utilize a strengths-based, cognitive-emotions focused approach to help clients improve their psychological well-being and the quality of their relationships. My approach takes clients' identities, cultures, and races into consideration in the therapeutic process because these attributes personalize each of our struggles.
