Through a realistic approach, you can get back to where you want to be and truly learn to take care of yourself. Everyone has stress and challenges and it is how you think and what you do that is important.

Office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 4pm (last appointment). No weekend or evening hours are available. The following insurances ARE NOT accepted by this provider: Avmed, Compsych, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, Magellan, Psychcare and United & affiliates. EAP benefits are not accepted unless through Cigna or Aetna.
