I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, acculturation stress, and domestic violence. I’m passionate about supporting families and people of color in healing and building resilience.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I’m certified in PCIT and as a domestic violence counselor, and trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Method. I offer flexible hours and video therapy.
