Have you tried to solve the problems in your life on your own and realized you could use some help? For more than 16 years, I have worked primary with individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression, and with couples struggling in their relationship. I obtained my license in Connecticut in 2009 after passing the National Marital & Family Therapy examination and I have been licensed in SC since 2021. I received extensive education in individual & couples counseling as part of the Master's degree.
Couples issues I address include Communication, Conflict Resolution, Affair Repair, New Parenting, and Premarital Counseling. In addition to weekly sessions, I offer intensives for couples who are interested in expediting their treatment. There are times when weekly counseling is not just enough.
