I believe therapeutic rapport is the most important aspect of therapy. I also believe in and use acceptance, nurturing, and affirmation to guide therapy. Together, we’ll build coping skills, set meaningful goals, and create a safe, supportive, and faith-optional space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work with clients who are experiencing trauma, addiction, substance use, OCD, anxiety, depression, and many other struggles; who long for clarity, healing, and direction. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve helped adults heal from trauma, addiction, OCD, anxiety, depression, and more. Using CBT, mindfulness, and other proven approaches, I offer compassionate support and practical tools. Together, we’ll build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change in a safe, respectful space.
