In therapy, I will help you identify what matters and what may be holding you back from achieving your goals. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), we explore how thinking affects behavior, develop effective coping skills, and experience willingness to live life as it is.
I've been a practicing mental health clinician since 2012 and have worked in public and private systems serving adults with a range of issues and diagnoses including mood disorders, relationship problems, substance use disorder, and psychosis, among others.
