Providing individual therapy is what I am most passionate about. My approach to therapy is using Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental conditions. However, through my experience, I’ve learned to be adaptable using Motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), or whatever modality fits the client’s needs. I believe that maximum input equals maximum output, so I aim to bring my best effort forward every day and I’m looking forward to meeting and working with you all.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been passionate about mental health; I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and I am an LMSW with 5 years of experience working with adults living with mental illness. A message I live by is that if someone asks you for help, you help them, that’s all there is to it.
