Therapy can seem a little daunting but after 26 years of doing this, my clients tell me they enjoy how it evokes change. I help you find real reasons to be hopeful. We can heal old hurts or new. My connection to this work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping people move from feeling lonely stuck, misunderstood or overwhelmed toward clarity, safety, and meaningful change. I’m drawn to the practice of therapy because it offers a structured, compassionate way to make sense of experience, especially the parts that are hard to name or carry, then translate that understanding into healthier patterns, stronger coping, and real growth.

By highlighting your individual strengths and values, as well as encouraging creativity, we can create the life you want by explore your personal philosophy. Together, we will examine the intricacies of your life and uncover the thoughts, habits and emotional blocks that perpetuate your problems.
