My goal in therapy is to guide individuals to gain a better understanding of themselves through increased self-awareness. I plan to help individuals understand how they relate to others and navigate their interpersonal relationships within their lives and environments.
My therapeutic approaches include CBT, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused. With over 16 years of experience as a helping professional, I offer a multiculturally competent approach to treatment. Experienced with a range of people in terms of sexual orientation, backgrounds, and presenting concerns, I offer an expansive knowledge of therapeutic approaches.
Our sessions will be focused on the future, goal driven, and guided by you. My goal is to have you feeling comfortable and cared for during our sessions. By providing support and knowledge, we will work on discovering resources and pathways for identifying and resolving issues you are experiencing.
