Those who share the best results after working with me prefer a flexible learning environment where fun is encouraged and uncomfortable conversations have space. They are seeking a therapist with lived experience, willing to offer this as examples of our intersections and to shift therapeutic dynamics in an oppressive system. Many work in the helping/caring field. A direct, quirky, and attuned approach from an expert in post-traumatic growth, is what they are looking for.
Our responses can come out as anxious perfection, substance use we want to pivot from, unhealthy relationships, depression, an inability to focus, or hearing and seeing things. Here for it all, I can offer knowledge that leaves you anchored in your understanding of self. Explore new ways to respond and interact with your world in a confidential space.

Currently FULL: Focus is systems trauma processing and resource sharing for Foster Care Alum. Ages 21 thru 106, who have aged out of care, only. Bring your creative project and/or sensory buddy, while hearing techniques to bring you back into your body and able to make decisions for the present day. Cost can be split between 2 people through 2022.
