My professional experience involves working with children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults and elders coping with life challenges. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. This eclectic approach assist with building a collaborative relationship with individuals, couples and families to develop and/or strengthen adaptable skills to manage behavioral, social and emotional stressors of life. The areas in which I specialize include Life Coaching, Bereavement Counseling and Trauma Focused Therapy.
I understand that life can be difficult, but, it does not have to be complicated. With the proper supports in place, it is my belief that individuals can learn to manage the trying seasons of life and enjoy the tranquil benefits of their choices.
Many meetings are held in my Accokeek Maryland office. I also provide off-site services in the Oxon Hill, Temple Hills, Fort Washington and Clinton Maryland areas. However, off-site services are limited to availability.
