Effective, research-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, solution-focused, client-centered, attachment based, CBT, DBT and the Gottman Method of couples’ therapy (Level 2 Certified) will be utilized to create lasting, positive, growth and awareness.
Meditation, mindfulness, yoga (Certified 200hr Yoga Teacher), exercise, art, and music are some additional examples of proven strategies we may implement to enhance your therapeutic experience.
