I graduated from Kaplan University with a masters degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. My personal journey has led me to focus primarily on the stressors that stem from trauma and severe life stressors. I have a passion for helping people heal in order to become the best possible version on themselves. I have experience working with clients both in residential treatment centers and in the community. As a retired military/veterans spouse, I have a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges our military families face; I am dedicated to helping them maneuver the different stages of life.
I believe in working with clients using a variety of different techniques, among them Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Trauma Informed Care, CBT, Behavior Modification, Brain spotting, and Solution Based Therapy. I am also certified in drug and alcohol therapy as well and have treated addiction as a co-occurring disorder.
I am accepting new clients ages 16 and above, I offer free consultations and flexible scheduling both in person and telehealth. I look forward to talking with you in order to determine if I might be a good fit for your mental health needs.
