I can help you address anxiety, overwhelm, depression, parenting, work stress, and various other life transitions and concerns.
I have over 10 years of experience working with adults who have various mental health challenges. I am trained in CBT, DBT, solution focused therapy and have a strengths-based perspective. I also have a great deal of experience working with first responders and healthcare related stress.
I believe clients need to feel heard and also challenged to learn new ways to cope. I will offer you empathy in an open space to discuss your concerns, while also assisting you to identify strengths and build skills that lead to a healthier life.
