I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based therapy, motivational interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and faith based counseling (upon request).
I help clients work through issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management, codependency, ADHD/ADD, and attachment issues. “Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, traveling to new destinations, and hiking in nature."
