I work with multi-hyphenates, artists, musicians, performers, high-achieving professionals, and entrepreneurs, as well as queer, trans, gender-expansive, neurodivergent, and highly sensitive people. Many of my clients are navigating poly/ENM and kink dynamics, spiritual or witchy paths, or healing from religious trauma, toxic work cultures, academia, controlling partners, or other high-control environments. Together, we'll make sense of the anxiety and burnout that leaves you feeling numb, on edge, or like you're watching your life from the outside, and take brave, doable steps toward the future you actually want.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and judgment-free, drawing on somatic work, mindfulness, parts work, and occasional art-based exploration. Together, we'll slow down and listen to your body and intuition so you can name what's really happening, heal trauma and high-control dynamics, and build a life that feels grounded, free, and truly your own.
As both a therapist and a multi-hyphenate artist, I understand how intense it is to juggle creative passions, identity, and healing, and I've navigated several high-control environments myself, like Academia, and a religious cult.
